If you want to take CS111 this semester, then regardless of whether you are registered, on the wait list, or unregistered, you must fill out this questionnaire by noon on Thursday, September 9. The information you provide will allow us to determine who is in the class, to assign students to labs, and to create CS111 file server accounts. Only students who are officially registered in the class are guaranteed a slot, although we will try to accommodate as many as our resources allow.
